I have worked with women for the past 11 years as a dancer, dance teacher and mentor, the one thing every woman I have met struggles with is allowing themselves to be fully seen.
I spent my whole life trying to mould myself into what society and other people wanted me to be. The moment I gave my self the permission to be my fullest self, to shine, opened me up to a world free of limitations, to my untapped power, the power I now stand fully in.

It was really important for me to include dance as a modality in this academy as it has played such an integral role in my life. In my healing journey (the release of emotions) in my self expression, and in my growth in confidence and self trust. Dance is confidence embodied.
Dance is not just about moving for the sake of moving, it is a spiritual practice that has been a part of humanity since the beginning of time in all cultures and tribes.
Dance is pure feminine energy.

Dance is that connection from your soul into your body, connecting you to your sensuality and allowing your inner goddess to rise up to the surface and take up the space that is rightfully hers!
